A. Modular and Mini Homes average 11 weeks ~ 9 weeks in the manufacturing plant and one-two weeks onsite. Site Built Homes take an average of 12 weeks, depending on the home.
Q. What is the Difference Between a Modular and a Site Built Home?
A. The Modular Home is composed of two or more sections which are constructed within the manufacturing plant. The completed sections are then delivered to the customers site and assembled. A Site Built Home is built completely on location.

A. Yes, you can! We have many plans to choose from and we encourage your input and suggestions. We can make design changes to suit your specific needs. T&M welcomes your own custom designs, or our Design and Engineering Department can assist you with your dream plan.

Q. What is a Turn Key Pricing Package?
A. Turn Key Packages are when the foundation, electrical, plumbing, site work, and taxes are included in one price. Well Drilling and Septic Installation allowances can be incorporated into the price upon the request of the customer.
