Greg and I would like to thank you for all of your effort in building our new home!  The last 6 months has been an amazing experience for Greg and I and we have had a lot of fun!

When we first decided to build our dream house, back in 2005, we knew Dwight Bond was the only one for the job.  We knew that Dwight was a perfectionist and knew that we could trust him and the T&M crew to do the job the right way.  We had very little stress during the building process.

Now, 6 months later, the T&M crew did it!  We couldn’t be happier.  Dwight, you have a highly skilled team, both office and on the job site.  It was their expertise and team work that made this house and amazing home!

Everyone on your team has gone above and beyond our expectations and we cannot thank you enough!

My family and I moved to the Sussex Area in November of 2005. At which time we began our search for a new home.  After exhausting the efforts of one particular Real Estate Agency and representative.  We decided to check into having our home built.

My husband and I visited T & M Maritime Homes and were greeted with friendly faces and an abundance of knowledge. We instantly fell in love with one of the models they currently had in their Display of Homes.  There were however changes we wanted made as we looked for the uniqueness of our home.

With the expert guidance and knowledge of the sales staff we were able to add a full basement and a 3 car garage to the home we wanted and we seen the results in no time flat.  We had the floor plans drawn up by their staff and were able to get started almost immediately once we decided on all the changes we wanted.

I love my T & M Maritime Home, and the excitement it brought to me, to see it first hand being delivered and put together, was absolutely AMAZING.

Thanks to all the staff at T & M for giving me the home I wanted and love…and with such ease of mind. No Contractors, No Second or Third parties to deal with it could not have been more enjoyable or satisfying, as they had all the answers to all my questions no matter how big or small.
